To report a problem with the MR system, you can either:

  • email Hans Olav directly or
  • register the problem in our booking system.

To register the problem in the booking system, do the following:

  • Login into the booking system,
  • Click on the instrument picture in the Home menu or the magnifying glass under Instrument,
  • Under More details, there are 5 flags: Issues, Contacts, Questions, Comments, Instrument FAQ. Select Issues,
  • Click Add new issue,
  • Explain the problem and choose the degree of priority.
  • The administrator of the instrument, in this case Hans Olav, will be notified of the problem.
  • When the problem is resolved, this will be indicated in the rightmost column.
  • You can also Add new comment if you have general comments about the instrument or the facility.
