To register the problem in the [http://elabexperts.com/bergen/Public/FacilityLogin.aspx booking system], do the following:
* Login into the booking system,
* Click on the instrument picture in the ''Home'' menu or the magnifying glass under ''Instrument'',
* Under ''More details'', there are 5 flags: Issues, Contacts, Questions, Comments, Instrument FAQ. Select ''Issues'',
* Click ''Add new issue'',
* Explain the problem and choose the degree of priority.
* The administrator of the instrument, in this case [mailto:tina.pavlin@biomed.uib.no Tina], will be notified of the problem.
* When the problem is resolved, this will be indicated in the rightmost column.
* You can also ''Add new comment'' if you have general comments about the instrument or the facility. <br><br>
